Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, remove the air filter (if necessary), merge cooling liquid to level of a bottom edge of a branch pipe of a radiator.
2. Disconnect hoses, turn away bolts and remove the thermostat.
3. If necessary check up the thermostat in a vessel with water. The temperature of the beginning of opening should be 88 ° With, and выступание the valve – 8 mm.
4. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear the thermostat and replace a lining, having greased with hermetic. Bolts tighten cautiously, alternately turning on and turning. Warm up the engine, check up thermostat work.

DIESEL ENGINE

The thermostat is mounted in the bottom part of the block of cylinders and connected to the bottom hose of a radiator. In the thermostat it is provided перепускной the valve.

Removal and installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the battery from weight, merge cooling liquid to level below the thermostat.
2. Disconnect the bottom hose of a radiator from a thermostat branch pipe, remove a branch pipe and the thermostat.
3. Installation is carried out upside-down. Clear planes and establish a new lining, having greased with hermetic from both parties. Warm up the engine, check up thermostat work.
