13.4. Check of reliability of grounding

THE GENERAL DATA

Inspect reliability of grounding to check up reliability of connection of an element of an electric equipment to weight of the car.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect the accumulator and connect one of wires of the device for check of integrity of chains to weight of the car.

2. Connect the second wire to connection or a point of grounding which is subject to check.

3. If the control bulb lights up, means, grounding is perfectly in order.
